Technical Team Lead - Hybrid/Borehamwood - Permanent

Leading IT Consultancy with offices in the UK and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland) is seeking a permanent Technical Team Lead. We offer services including IT Consultancy, Software Project Development, and Infrastructure/Application Support for clients across various sectors such as Insurance, Banking, Pharma, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing, and Charities (including UN organizations).

The role is based in our offices in Horsham or Borehamwood, requiring presence 2 days per week.

As part of an Employee Ownership Trust, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's future vision and share in profits after a qualifying period.

Key Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a Technical Team Lead role
2. Proficiency in Tech Stack: Tableau, .Net, SQL, with advanced Database skills
3. Experience leading/supporting a software development team
4. Experience in an IT services company is preferred
5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
6. Self-motivated and proactive
7. Flexible, open-minded, and positive attitude
8. Strong team player with personable skills
