Job Description:

Our client, a large and established Manchester law firm specialising in Personal Injury and other areas of civil litigation, is seeking to add two Legal PAs to their Business Support department.

As the firm grows, ensuring the support functions operate efficiently is essential. Due to an increased number of solicitors following successful expansion, they aim to maintain effective team operations and provide appropriate administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to solicitors/partners, including dictation and drafting.
  2. Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
  3. Schedule appointments, internal meetings, and external court meetings.
  4. Communicate with clients as instructed.
  5. Assist with trial preparation and document management/drafting.
  6. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  7. Manage solicitor deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar legal support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities.
