We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, motivated individual to join the Theatre educational team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering Trust objectives and ensuring that care within this specialty reflects the Trust's vision and values.
This role requires the ability to provide positive mentoring, coaching, and development to clinical teams across all theatre specialties, acting as a role model in all activities.
The ideal applicant will be an experienced registered Nurse or ODP with a qualification in mentorship or training, possess a positive teaching style, have an interest in education, and a good understanding of the Peri-operative Departments.
This position will primarily support ODP students, newly qualified staff, existing scrub practitioners, and theatre support workers, focusing on developing and teaching best practices around the Surgical Scrub Role.
