Theatre posts are suitable for both newly qualified and experienced practitioners. You will work as part of a highly skilled team, gaining extensive experience. The department offers a comprehensive education strategy, including preceptorship, supernumerary status, and support for achieving competencies. There are opportunities for career development through in-house courses, revalidation support, leadership training, and further education such as the PG Cert/Dip in Advanced Perioperative Care, accredited by the University of Northampton.
