The Role

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days a week on site

We’re looking for a versatile and driven Copywriter with a flair for email marketing and high-converting campaign copy. This role is pivotal in developing B2B content that boosts brand awareness and ultimately drives leads from recruiters for both CV-Library and Resume-Library.

The majority of your work will focus on crafting head-turning content for email campaigns, digital ads, web pages, sales materials, direct mail, LinkedIn, above-the-line (ATL) campaigns, and even collateral. You’ll also play a key role in using data to tell compelling stories – particularly for content like e-books and thought leadership.

Additionally, you’ll support B2C initiatives aimed at job seekers, including mobile app messaging, consumer-facing emails and advertising campaigns.

You’ll be working within a small, experienced team of copywriters and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity to create high-impact content across multiple channels and see tangible results from your work.

You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across design, events, performance and email marketing teams – so being a strong communicator is key. Additionally, you’ll work closely with stakeholders in the Sales and Product teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring all content aligns with both strategic goals and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Write punchy, effective copy for lead generation campaigns that cuts through the noise and delivers best-in-class open rates and CTRs
  • Create high quality, compelling longer form content that supports lead generation and brand building, tailored to different stages of the marketing funnel
  • Collaborate with design and marketing colleagues to produce visually engaging and effective campaigns
  • Support the development and evolution of our tone of voice to ensure consistency and creativity across all touchpoints
  • Work across a wide range of formats – from short-form digital ads, LinkedIn updates, landing pages, web copy, sales presentations, ATL campaigns, email copy and in-depth thought leadership content
  • Support with B2C copywriting including mobile app messaging and customer lifecycle emails
  • Translate data insights into engaging stories for e-books and long-form content
  • Meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects with strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with writing content for American audience is a strong plus
