The Role
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days a week on site
We’re looking for a versatile and driven Copywriter with a flair for email marketing and high-converting campaign copy. This role is pivotal in developing B2B content that boosts brand awareness and ultimately drives leads from recruiters for both CV-Library and Resume-Library.
The majority of your work will focus on crafting head-turning content for email campaigns, digital ads, web pages, sales materials, direct mail, LinkedIn, above-the-line (ATL) campaigns, and even collateral. You’ll also play a key role in using data to tell compelling stories – particularly for content like e-books and thought leadership.
Additionally, you’ll support B2C initiatives aimed at job seekers, including mobile app messaging, consumer-facing emails and advertising campaigns.
You’ll be working within a small, experienced team of copywriters and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity to create high-impact content across multiple channels and see tangible results from your work.
You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across design, events, performance and email marketing teams – so being a strong communicator is key. Additionally, you’ll work closely with stakeholders in the Sales and Product teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring all content aligns with both strategic goals and operational needs.
