What You'll Be Working
Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions for patients with complex neurological needs.
- Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based physiotherapy plans
- Working as part of a dynamic MDT including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Nurses and Therapy Assistants
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes
- Contribute to service development and clinical audit
- Be actively involved in falls prevention, patient manual handling, and family/carer support
- Receive supervision and support from senior clinicians to grow your expertise in neurorehab
- Keep people safe from any harm and protect their human rights
What You'll Have
HCPC registration
Passionate about neurological rehabilitation with a desire to build clinical experience in this specialist area.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Committed to personal and professional development.
