Job description

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile defence projects valued in the hundreds of millions, working with industry leaders such as Marshall and other major defence stakeholders and primes.

The Role:

Carry out warehouse duties to ensure effective control of products within Stores. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing professional customer service.
2. Maintaining high standards in housekeeping.
3. Taking a proactive approach to daily store operations.
4. Monitoring and reporting stock levels and vending activities.
5. Ensuring a safe working environment compliant with company H&S procedures.
6. Participating in continuous improvement activities and suggesting enhancements.
7. Assisting with internal and external audits.
8. Following all relevant procedures and processes.
9. Leading and resolving customer concerns.
10. Maintaining warehouse security and access control.
11. Contributing positively to team goals and company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in stores within manufacturing or defence environments.
• Proficiency in stock management.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Desirable: Certification in Dangerous Goods handling and Aviation security.
• Computer literacy and strong numeric skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with practical solutions.
