On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Property Paralegal who will be assisting the Head of Department in dealing with a mix of matters but predominately Residential Conveyancing.

You will be taking instructions from clients either face to face or over the phone, preparing contract packs, reviewing title papers and search results, and liaising with lenders and agents where appropriate.

The role would not initially involve handling of any files of your own but there is scope for progression for the right candidate.

For the position, you will either have experience within Residential Property work or be keen to specialise within this field.

Salary is dependent on experience.
