Duties and Responsibilities of the Mechanic:

1. Perform maintenance and repairs on outboard and inboard diesel and petrol FRCs.
2. Conduct inflatable and fiberglass repairs on rescue boats as needed.
3. Manage deliveries to and collections from our vessels in Aberdeen Harbour.
4. Assist with general workshop tasks and vessel maintenance while in port.
5. Undertake any additional duties assigned by your line manager, senior manager, or director.

Qualifications and Requirements for the Mechanic:

1. Time-served Mechanic with proven experience.
2. My client will look at someone from either Marine, Diesel Mechanics, HGV Technicians, Forklift technician or heavy vehicles.
3. Possess a valid full driving licence.
4. Basic computer literacy.
