Illumina are a Global Biotechnology company and we are currently looking for the best, customer focused Technical Applications Scientists to join our mission, to improve human health by unlocking the power of the genome. As a product expert, you will provide support to customers and colleagues on Illumina's products; bead array and Next Generation Sequencing.
By joining Illumina as Technical Applications Scientist, you will be in a Hub & Hybrid role with travel to the Europe Head Office based in Cambridge UK expected twice a week, you will work in collaboration and in scientific discussion which will enable our customers’ success across the Europe region.

Why You
You will have a keen interest and experience in supporting customers and providing the best levels of technical customer support possible. You will be a fast learner, quick worker and have excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to your customers.
You will come from a molecular biology or genetics background and be passionate about supporting and advising our customers on Illumina products and applications.
