About the Role:

The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business, ensuring customers receive the best online experience and customer service. You will support your team to meet performance targets, ensuring quick refunds for returns and efficient stock packaging for online orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store management team in back-of-house operations and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
  • Manage a team to ensure accurate stock processes in an efficient, safe environment that meets targets.
  • Create an inspiring atmosphere that motivates your team to perform at their best.
  • Take a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
