SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 23.50hrs p/w; Sun 09:00 - 14:00; Mon 08:00 - 14:30; Tue 07:00 - 11:30; Wed 07:00 - 12:30; Thu 09:00 - 12:00

To be an effective Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve performance targets. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:

The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures our customers receive the best online experience and customer service. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring quick refunds for returned items or stock is prepared to fulfill online orders.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supporting the Store management team in back of house operations and communicating effectively with the Store Manager.
  2. Managing a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
  3. Creating an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration within your team.
  4. Demonstrating a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change, and working alongside the team.
  5. Ensuring communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to evidence their right to work in the UK before employment begins. This role is unlikely to qualify for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to skill level requirements. Candidates should consider their own right to work options without sponsorship.
