Gain Theory seeks a Data Analyst to join its Data Practice, working with top global brands. The role involves data processing, collaboration with teams, and ensuring data quality through robust QA processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in data handling and project management, with strong communication skills.
As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Gain Theory Data Practice and will be embedded in one of Gain Theory’s client-based squads. Working with your manager, you will engage with top brands worldwide, handling data from media, client-specific sources, Gain Theory internal data, sales, and more. You will collaborate with your team to process and organize data for modeling, with opportunities to innovate and automate processes.
The Data Analyst is expected to utilize data processing techniques including SQL and ETL to manage data. They will also use internal data automation tools to ensure effective execution of data pipelines that clean and transform data. Running robust data QA processes is essential, as data quality is vital to our work. Additionally, the Data Analyst will coordinate with the Data Manager and client and agency contacts to ensure a continuous flow of data from relevant sources. The role also involves interaction with the broader data community within Gain Theory, especially with the Data Centre of Excellence (DCOE) to share best practices and support each other.
