Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of improving progress and attainment when teaching secondary-aged children
• Experience of improving progress and attainment when teaching children with SEN

About Us

We are a genuine all-through school, with pupils staying from nursery to sixth form across two sites, ten minutes apart. This offers a unique opportunity to have a long-term impact on our pupils’ lives, starting from primary school where they develop a love of learning.

Our school adopts a mastery approach in primary, focusing on explicit teaching of skills and concepts essential for long-term success, enriched by a diverse curriculum. Our specialist teaching model allows pupils to benefit from expert teaching in PE, music, art, humanities, and science, with dedicated time for proper planning.

In September 2019, we merged with Ark Paddington Green Academy, forming one all-through school with Nursery-Year 4 on Crompton Street and Year 5-13 on Penfold Street. In May 2021, we opened a purpose-built nursery for 2-4-year-olds. Our facilities include outdoor spaces, a global food garden, woodland garden, and resources shared with secondary, such as a MUGA, basketball courts, science labs, and music equipment.
