We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our teaching department to support students across KS3, KS4, and KS5. Successful candidates will also become members of our inclusion team.

Essential qualities include excellent organisational skills, proficiency in IT, and a good understanding of how to enable students with special educational needs to access the curriculum.

You should be committed to inclusion and the well-being of every child and serve as an outstanding role model in your practice.

What we offer:

  1. An outstanding track record at GCSE and A level
  2. An inclusive school underpinned by our CARE values
  3. Students who actively engage in lessons and demonstrate excellent attitudes to learning
  4. Extensive professional development opportunities. We are the lead school for the Harrow Collegiate Alliance
  5. Staff wellbeing activities each week, including mindfulness, sports, and clubs
  6. One of the best sites in London, located on the greenbelt next to Bentley Priory, set in 27 acres of woodland and fields, providing an exceptional learning environment

We continue to celebrate highly successful GCSE and A Level results, reflecting the dedication of our students and staff:

  • 33% of all GCSE grades were the highest levels of 9-7, compared to 22% nationally
  • 57% of students achieved grades 9-5, including English and Maths
  • 95% achieved EBacc
  • 31% of A Level grades resulted in A or A*; 92% of Health & Social Care students achieved D* or higher, enabling many students to secure places at their first-choice universities and degree apprenticeships.

Tours of the school are strongly encouraged; please contact the school office to arrange a visit. Visit our website and prospectus to learn more about the school and the role.

Note: The position is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (2013 and 2020), requiring disclosure of all spent convictions and cautions, except those protected under Police Act 1997 – Part V and amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975 (2013 and 2020).
