About the Role:

The Senior Software Developer will play a pivotal role within our Data and Development Team, collaborating closely with other senior technical experts, including Senior Developers and Team Leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving architectural evolution and the ongoing development of business-critical applications, providing guidance to junior developers, and overseeing end-to-end project delivery.

This role requires expertise in full-stack development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end solutions in a .NET-based environment. The Senior Software Developer will lead small to medium-sized project teams, contribute to technical design, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking someone proactive in defining and refining CI/CD processes within Azure DevOps, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape business applications that enhance efficiency and innovation.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of business-critical software solutions. Collaborate with teams to define technical requirements aligned with business goals.
• Application Management: Oversee maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of existing applications, ensuring systems are defect-free, high-performing, and scalable.
• New Features & Solutions: Lead the design and development of new features and applications to meet evolving business needs. Promote best practices within the development process.
• Mentoring & Collaboration: Support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement: Champion CI/CD practices within the team, streamlining development through automation in Azure DevOps.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user requirements and industry standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of MSSQL Server, including performance tuning, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline creation, deployment automation, and cloud development.
• Proven experience within Agile frameworks and industry best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with a strategic approach to complex technical challenges.
