Location: Worcestershire
Type: Permanent
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 Per Annum

Role: Mechanical Maintenance Fitter / Mechanical Fitter
Salary : £42,000 to £45,000 per annum + overtime paid at x1.5 & x2.0 + benefits and opportunities to progress up through their salary grades and receive enhancements
Hours : 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm / 7am to 7pm / 6pm to 6am
Location : Commutable from Worcester, Bridgnorth, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Redditch and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance across a range of equipment and machinery.
• Dealing with machinery breakdowns and problems, fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.
• Assisting with planned shut-downs and project work, refurbishing machines and replacing worn parts.

Requirements

• Completed a recognised Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship or hold Mechanical Engineering qualifications
• Experience in a similar environment; Industrial, Production or Manufacturing environments - most considered
• Maintenance experience; dealing with machinery and equipment problems and breakdowns and/or completing preventative maintenance of plant/industrial machinery
• Any experience of SOME of the following; Belts, Chains, Gear Boxes, Pumps, Bearings, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding and Fabricating etc
• Motivated and driven to succeed
• Willing to take on and complete further training as part of your growth and development in the factory and company
