Job Title: Room Leader (Senior EYP)

Role Overview

We are seeking inspirational Room Leaders to join our team. This full-time role involves working 40 hours weekly on a rotating shift pattern between 7:15 am and 6:15 pm. You will provide high-quality care and learning experiences, fostering a stimulating environment that encourages exploration and development. You will also build strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child's individual needs.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 6 or graduate-level preferred).
2. Experience working in an Early Years setting.
3. Good knowledge of the EYTS framework and safeguarding procedures.
4. Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and creative play.
5. Experience leading a room or mentoring colleagues is desirable.
