RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of Actuation Products UK
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Hydro/electro-mechanical Design
LOCATION: Ideally Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, or Deeside, Flintshire office based
WORKING PATTERN: 37 hours per week, 4 or 5 day Working Schedules, additional hours may be required as necessary to meet business commitments.
TRAVEL: Occasional UK and/or Overseas travel to customers and other Triumph sites.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team. Working within a growing Actuation Products team, you will be responsible for the design and support activities of actuation products (hydraulic and electro-mechanical). The role involves the full product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to modifying & supporting in-service products on various programmes, including Airbus, Boeing, SAAB, Leonardo, and other major customers. The role also requires the dissemination of your engineering knowledge and skills to mentor and grow the more junior members of the team.
