Pay Rate:

£25,000

Contract Type:

Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time) 12 months

Shift patterns:

Any 5 from 7 - AM/PM shifts

Location:

Harmondsworth (UB7 0EX)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Ensuring operational KPI's are met and exceeded
• Training colleagues on specific processes and tasks to ensure standards and best practices are followed
• Monitoring team performance and conducting reviews
• Reconciling stock levels within the Warehouse against delivery and pick of each item
• Leading, motivating, and encouraging team members to achieve maximum performance
• Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to offenders
• Monitoring and reporting security concerns to Security Manager (DHL/HMPS)
• Ensuring compliance with all work instructions
• Working in accordance with HMP rules and regulations

• Excellent organizational skills, along with speed and accuracy
• A good understanding of operational processes
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Warehouse experience
• Previous experience managing a team

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

• Ability to provide five years of address history
• Ability to provide five years of reference history (employment, education, benefit claims, character)
• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
