As we continue to grow our Live-In Care service across Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, and Burnham-on-Sea, we’re looking for warm, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join us as Live-In Care Professionals. Some placements are available immediately, and others will be part of our expanding care network—so flexibility is appreciated.

What Does a Live-In Care Professional Do?

You’ll live in a client’s home and support them with everyday tasks, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and joy in their daily life. Each day brings a new opportunity to make someone smile.

Your support may include:

• Personal care and toileting needs
• Medication reminders and support
• Shopping and preparing meals
• Light housekeeping and home help
• Companionship and emotional support
• Helping with hobbies, routines, and getting outdoors
• Assisting with mobility or using equipment if needed

You’ll typically work on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota (other patterns considered), and you’ll have a 2-hour break each day.

What You’ll Receive:

• Competitive weekly pay: £868 (single client) – £938 (couple)
• £35 weekly food allowance
• Up to £50 travel contribution per stay
