A leading company in the print and packaging industry is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive new business opportunities and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales growth. You will work closely with the UK Sales Director and various internal teams to align on customer objectives and ensure the successful implementation of new product developments. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
The primary role
To effectively manage Regional / Key Account customers, driving new business opportunities at a Senior level across multiple divisional channels. To develop strong cross-functional and senior relationships within these customers, ensuring strategic alignment on medium to long-term customer objectives, e.g., sustainability goals, whilst maximising new business opportunities.

Who are we looking for?
You have demonstrable experience within a Field Sales role, utilising a structured approach to the selling process. A track record of delivering profitable sales growth and managing and developing strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume product environment. You should have a high degree of PC competency, with a good working knowledge of the MS Office suite. Experience within the print/packaging industry is desirable.
