What you will be doing...
  • Hiring, welcoming, and training a top-notch cleaning team.
  • Ensuring the team is adequately staffed and trained to meet cleaning standards, times, and costs.
  • Planning and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans, and developing the team through data analysis.
  • Implementing performance improvement processes and managing budgets for laundry and consumables.
  • Supporting team growth through ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Providing the team with necessary tools and supplies for efficient work.
  • Using guest feedback to identify improvements and implementing changes for better guest experiences.
  • Monitoring cleaning standards, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring high-quality service.
