Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the continuous improvement and success of the school.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes high expectations for all students and staff.
  • Lead and manage the school's senior leadership team, supporting their professional development and ensuring effective performance.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive school improvement plan that aligns with our mission and values.
  • Maintain and enhance the high standards of teaching and learning through innovative and effective pedagogical practices.
  • Manage the school's budget and resources efficiently to ensure sustainability and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, governors, and the wider community.
