Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor a growing marketing team across digital, content, CRM, and brand functions.
• Oversee multi-channel marketing including paid media, SEO, email, organic social, partnerships, and offline.
• Build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Use data and insights to continuously refine messaging, campaigns, and performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI

Experienced Required:

• Current experience as a Marketing Manager within the travel industry
• Proven leadership experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with digital channels, marketing analytics, and CRM platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and commercial focus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Package:

• A generous starting salary of £55,000 - £60.000
• Flexibility to work remotely with the occasional travel to the London office
