We focus this mission in schools and colleges around the UK, helping education with the challenges they face in supporting young people with careers, and supporting students, as individuals, taking on their first career choice!
We build strong, purpose-driven partnerships with employers, schools, colleges, and other organisations, all with a core focus on serving our primary audience - our students. As Content Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how our Programme is communicated across our network. You'll be responsible for driving engagement and growth through compelling content strategies, while also supporting the delivery team to ensure marketing and recruitment campaigns deliver measurable ROI.
About the role:
The Content Marketer will play a crucial role at Pathway CTM to bring the Programme comms and content together, and to ensure our network of students, parents and teachers can access our opportunities.
To start with this role will own the B2C marketing, reporting into the Head of Delivery and working with the delivery sub teams who liaise directly with our customers (employers and education groups).
You will have regular Mailchimp communications and social media tasks, as well as improving our website, Learning Managment System, and Online Teacher Zone.
The successful post holder will take ownership of our brand and will improve the content on our sites with our developer (who manages our back-end API data points, from your front-end user journey).
