Responsibilities:

1. Work as part of a small team to ensure the store is ready for customers, providing a convenient and speedy shopping experience.
2. Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish shelves, serve customers at checkouts, support deliveries, and keep the store well-presented, clean, and tidy.
3. Pick and select high-quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On-demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
4. Always be ready to serve customers brilliantly, support with questions, and proactively offer help.
5. Build knowledge about products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations.
6. Date check fresh produce and grocery products.
