Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a small team to ensure the store is ready for customers, providing a convenient and speedy shopping experience.
- Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish shelves, serve customers at checkouts, support deliveries, and keep the store well-presented, clean, and tidy.
- Pick and select high-quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On-demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
- Always be ready to serve customers brilliantly, support with questions, and proactively offer help.
- Build knowledge about products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations.
- Date check fresh produce and grocery products.
