Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) - United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent and be empowered to innovate and develop solutions, working alongside technical experts who are proud of their impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team tackling complex, critical infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful candidate will carry out planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, alternating between Early (6am-6pm) and Late (12pm-12am).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
• Attend to planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance tasks.
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults.
• Utilise field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completions.

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Essential Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background.
• Good understanding of Office 365 and IT awareness.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
