Job Description:

Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) - United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts to make a significant impact on critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).

The role involves working 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies (6am-6pm) and Lates (12pm-12am).

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and station communication systems
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinating with Telent Service Centre for tasks and updates

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning, preferably with experience or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Knowledge of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating Earlies and Lates
