Graphic Designer - Patient Recruitment and Enablement

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Patient Recruitment and Enablement Design Team. The team is responsible for creating engaging materials that resonate with clinical trial participants, based on detailed patient insights and therapy area knowledge. The goal is to personalize each trial brand to meet the unique requirements of the study and the patients involved. You will work with the creative and studio teams, as well as other stakeholders, to produce high-impact designs and layouts for patient and site materials that attract and retain patients in new clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of high-impact designs and branding to engage, attract, and retain participants, utilizing layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Develop or acquire images for various creative projects, including advertisements, patient materials, printed and digital materials, and corporate branding.
• Collaborate with designers, PRLs, editors, production teams, printers, and writers to develop final deliverables.
• Deliver projects within budgeted hours and deadlines.
• Work with the studio manager and senior creatives to review final layouts and ensure files are ready for production.
• Check all proof stages, from initial layouts to printer proofs.
• Plan and coordinate workload to meet deadlines.
• Educate team members on studio procedures, timelines, and briefing requirements.
• Use innovative methods to redefine designs within cost, time, and client constraints.
• Ensure proper filing of graphic files, layouts, and projects.
• Assist in quality control to ensure all layouts and print items are correct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or equivalent experience demonstrated through portfolio.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Apple Mac literate.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Digital experience for banners and web pages is advantageous.
• Knowledge of layout, print, and production procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong design development skills, with research and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Ability to meet demanding deadlines.
• Effective stakeholder relationship management.
• Budget awareness and ability to estimate project hours accurately.
