Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Instructor/Trainer to join our team!

This position will be performed on-site in Vincenza, Italy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct training sessions and develop evaluation criteria for training effectiveness.
• Design, organize, and deliver training and educational programs for approved personnel.
• Establish and review course content and objectives for a comprehensive OSINT training program.
• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
• Regularly update course documentation to ensure relevance and timeliness.
• Provide innovative learning solutions and incorporate industry best practices to address training challenges.
• Research and recommend new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.
• Stay current with relevant technologies and subject areas.
• Describe the capabilities and limitations of current and future PAI/CAI collection and exploitation technologies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience or Master's Degree.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Ability to develop training curricula using development applications for delivery via computer-based training, eLearning, and learning management systems.
• Knowledge of training analysis, curricula development, multimedia/web storyboards, and training evaluation.
• Skills to design and develop advanced training concepts, techniques, standards, and effectiveness measures.
• Ability to develop new applications based on professional principles and theories.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI clearance is required for this position. This role is part of our Federal Solutions team, delivering resources to US government clients to ensure mission success across defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
