Are you a logistics professional looking to take the lead in a high-impact role at a company with nearly 200 years of history?

Farmiloe, a proudly independent distributor of the world’s finest bathroom brands, is seeking a proactive and strategic Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end transport, warehousing, and distribution across both our traditional B2B business and our exciting new B2C and B2B venture – 34 St John.

This is a rare opportunity to join the senior management team and help shape the logistics strategy during a period of growth and digital transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead warehouse and transport operations, stock management, route planning, and fleet compliance.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure a best-in-class customer delivery experience.

Build and manage a motivated, efficient warehouse and transport team.

Oversee vehicle and driver compliance, warehouse health & safety, and operational training.

Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless product flow from supplier to customer.

3+ years of experience in a senior logistics/operations role, ideally in a high-growth retail or e-commerce setting.

Proven track record in process optimisation, team leadership, and customer-focused service delivery.

Strong systems knowledge (e.g. WMS, route planning tools), and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.

Full UK driving licence and health & safety compliance experience.
