Job title: Graduate Airframe Engineer

Location: Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however, for this role, you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary

£34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you'll be doing

The Graduate Airframe Engineer role is divided into four disciplines: Aerodynamics, Design, Materials, and Structural.

• Aerodynamics: Delivers aerodynamic solutions that maintain, develop, and apply aerodynamic capability to aircraft programmes.
• Design Engineering: Responsible for producing the integrated airframe design definition and physical product design dataset to enable manufacturing, through-life support, qualification, and certification.
• Materials Engineering: Provides technical support for materials and processes, and capabilities for materials development and manufacturing activities.
• Structures Engineering: Defines initial airframe structural requirements and ensures the ongoing structural integrity of BAE Systems' air products.
