What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of programmatic automation strategies to ensure thorough and efficient requirement testing as a Senior Software Quality Engineer (Broadband Release).

• Tooling and Test Automation Infrastructure: Familiarize with automation tools and frameworks for test development, execution, and reporting. Maintain test automation, select appropriate tools, configure environments, and integrate with version control systems.

• Develop and execute high-quality test plans: Leverage automation and tooling to detect defects quickly and ensure reliability of test coverage, including BDD and Test Automation.

• Explore advanced topics: Test data management, scenario refactoring, and integrating BDD with CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaboration and Communication Skills: Practice agile methodologies to enhance teamwork. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to foster alignment across teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, Selenium, Robot Framework) for broadband testing.

• Strong proficiency in functional, performance, stress, regression, and security testing.

• Experience with DevOps practices, providing full lifecycle ownership, solutioning, observability, process optimization, and operationalization.

• Deep knowledge of broadband technologies including DOCSIS, Fiber, DSL, LTE, 5G, WiFi, and related networking concepts.

• Knowledge of dual-band routers, WiFi protocols, and IP translation.

• Strong experience with BDD, test automation, and infrastructure, with an understanding of Business-Driven Development strategies.

• Familiarity with automation tools for test development, execution, and reporting.

• Focus on reliability engineering and test coverage optimization through strategies like risk-based testing and critical path prioritization.
