What You'll Do:

• Lead development and execution of automation strategies to ensure thorough testing of requirements.
• Familiarize with automation tools and frameworks for test development, execution, and reporting; maintain test automation environments.
• Develop and execute high-quality test plans on RDK stacks, leveraging automation to detect defects and ensure coverage reliability (BDD and Test Automation).
• Explore advanced topics like test data management, scenario refactoring, and integrating BDD with CI/CD pipelines.
• Practice agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to foster team alignment.

What You'll Bring:

• Proficiency in functional, performance, stress, regression, and security testing.
• Experience with DevOps practices, providing full lifecycle ownership, solutioning, and operational oversight.
• Deep knowledge of broadband technologies including DOCSIS, Fiber, DSL, Wireless, and Wifi protocols.
• Knowledge of dual-band routers, network translation, and networking concepts.
• Strong experience with BDD, test automation, and automation frameworks; understanding of Business-Driven Development.
• Expertise in reliability engineering and test coverage optimization strategies.
