Job Description:

Join AXA Commercial as a Sales and Distribution Manager in Manchester. Lead our branch's sales team, build key broker relationships, and contribute to our growth. Work closely with the leadership team, manage budgets, and develop your team. We value work-life balance, offering flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Sales and Distribution function in the North-West market.
  • Achieving financial targets related to new business, retention, and premiums.
  • Managing and supporting the Business Development Managers.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to ensure profitable growth.
  • Planning and forecasting sales activities and budgets.
  • Developing team members and seeking broker feedback.

Requirements:

  • Established relationships in the Manchester/North-West market.
  • Ability to develop senior broker relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Broker markets and underwriting principles.
  • Understanding of profitability, risk management, and legislative requirements.
  • Leadership skills and data analysis capabilities.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. The role involves background screening every 4 years under the IDD regime.

  • Salary from £80,000, dependent on experience.
