Job overview
Working Full time: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, on site.
An opportunity has arisen to join an established stroke research team working on the RETRAIN trial. RETRAIN is a cutting-edge study comparing the impact of two prophylactic deep vein devices on brain haemodynamics following an acute ischemic stroke.
Under the supervision of the RETRAIN study manager/research nurse, the successful candidate will support study participants and team members. The role involves ensuring high standards of data collection, contributing to quality research, and prioritizing patient safety and wellbeing.
You should have good written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and capable of working with various databases. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential.
This position may be a secondment opportunity if agreed upon with your current line manager.
