Job Description:

Amazon Kuiper is seeking an experienced, self-starting Sales and Business Development Professional to promote Kuiper services among large enterprise customers across various sectors (e.g., Energy, Manufacturing, M&E) in Europe.

You will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage complex deals with key accounts, overseeing the entire lifecycle of cross-functional customer relationships and delivering impactful outcomes. You will develop and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with product strategies, incorporating customer feedback.

You will act as a partner and thought leader within the sales and BD teams, contributing to strategic regional and vertical account plans, forecasting, and business impact analysis, focusing on actuals versus targets.

This role requires the ability to significantly influence business metrics and close or grow large to medium-sized opportunities.

Note: This position may involve access to export-controlled information, requiring the ability to obtain necessary licenses or approvals from the U.S. government, depending on nationality and other factors.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building revenue with key enterprise customers in Europe.
  2. Focusing on customer needs and aspirations.
  3. Implementing strategic business initiatives with internal stakeholders.
  4. Supporting complex contract negotiations and business activities.
  5. Thinking strategically and analytically about business and technical challenges.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Senior executive experience in satellite industry sales to C-level clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding key performance metrics.
  • Experience with emerging technologies and cloud computing solutions.
  • Ability to build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Experience with product management and technical integrations.
  • Negotiation skills for commercial frameworks.
  • Ability to articulate business value and technical approaches.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in developing and negotiating business agreements.
  • Industry experience in Retail, M&E, Industrial/Manufacturing, Energy, Mining, Security, or Public Sector.
  • Customer-facing experience with multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Services and Content Delivery.
  • Deep understanding of satellite communication technologies.
