Location: London (with remote work)

Salary: £80,000 - £105,000 Basic + £160,000 - £210,000 OTE

Job Description

Our client, a leading SaaS software company, is seeking a Nordic SaaS Sales Executive to join their team. This role is primarily remote, requiring presence in the London office 1 to 2 days per week.

The role involves managing full-cycle sales with new and existing accounts across various verticals. You will sell complex SaaS products and professional services, including implementation, to businesses of all sizes—from small startups to large enterprises.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (native or business level) is advantageous
  • Experience in territory account and sales planning
  • A proven track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions alongside professional services
  • Consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas over the past 4-5 years
  • Skills in lead generation, qualification, managing, and closing enterprise opportunities
  • Experience working in smaller companies or startups is preferred
  • Ability to develop and manage pipelines, handle multiple transactions, and build relationships within complex buying centers
  • Experience closing deals often exceeding $1M ARR
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles and align customer and company objectives
