Company Overview: A leading specialist in the construction sector, renowned for sustainable building solutions, established in the 1930s with significant growth through acquisitions and organic expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop technical designs, coordinate activities across RIBA stages 0-7, and prepare drawings and schedules for manufacturing and construction.
• Process design amendments, submit building control applications, and manage discharge of planning conditions.
• Understand building systems and products, applying standard details in design proposals and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases.
• Create detailed drawings and specification documents based on project requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of technical design principles, RIBA Plan of Work, building regulations, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Enscape.
• Understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and materials.
