The role: Our Capital Project Services (CPS) team consists of talented multi-disciplinary professionals experienced in delivering capital projects across sectors such as Defense, Transport, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Government & Healthcare, Energy, Utilities, and Resources. We support clients in maximizing project value and navigating complex situations.

This role involves designing and delivering transformative project and programme management approaches across various industries, working closely with senior leaders to optimize capital programme efficiency and support project delivery within budgets and challenging circumstances.

What your days will look like:

• Proactively manage multiple clients, reporting to Senior Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective client relationships
• Develop your technical skills and those of your team
• Stay informed on business and economic issues
• Participate in business development activities
• Enhance internal relationships and PwC brand

This role is for you if:

• You are a confident communicator with impactful messaging skills
• You have leadership experience and coaching desire
• You possess strong technical and analytical skills
• You are passionate about capital project delivery and collaboration
• You have a solid academic background and industry experience
• You have experience managing contracts, suppliers, or projects
