Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Integrated Service Manager

Hours of work: Full time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Remuneration: £45,001 - £55,000 dependent on experience

Contract length: Permanent

Responsible to: Head of Integrated Services

Accountable to: Director of Operations

Location: Primarily Haringey GP Federation Offices (48 Station Road, Wood Green, London, N22 7TY) - minimum of 3 days per week.

Main Duties of the Job

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to lead our Integrated Services Team, which addresses health inequalities in Haringey and improves coordination with other health, care, and voluntary sector providers. The team currently manages 9 services focusing on:

• Long-term conditions management, supporting residents in identifying, treating, and managing these conditions confidently through proactive care.
• Core2Plus5 and vulnerable groups, including those with severe mental illness, substance misuse, and homelessness.
• Reducing health inequalities by identifying high-utilization patients and managing their needs through multidisciplinary approaches.

The post holder will work with the Head of Integrated Services to develop new services, support business case development, mobilization plans, contract negotiations, and continuous service improvement.

Job Responsibilities

The post holder will lead teams across multiple services, ensuring KPIs are met and services meet population and practice needs, reporting to the Director of Operations and the ICB. They will have experience leading service delivery, inspiring teams, and managing projects successfully. Responsibilities include supporting team development, PDPs, and service improvement initiatives, often working directly with the Director of Operations on change management.

Person Specification

Qualifications (Essential):

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
• Evidence of ongoing personal development

Qualifications (Desirable):

• Project/Programme Management Qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• NHS Leadership or Educational Qualification

Experience (Essential):

• Leading planning and delivery of programs with diverse stakeholders, on time and within budget
• Managing services, reporting on performance, ensuring high-quality care
• Partnership working across sectors
• Budget management and financial knowledge

Experience (Desirable):

• Writing bids and business cases

Other Requirements
