Job Opportunity: Project Manager at GXO

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our ASOS site in Barnsley. You will play a key role in site governance, working with stakeholders to ensure project outputs are delivered and benefits realized.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00.

Daily Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for defining, documenting, and successfully completing assigned projects.
• Monitor the quality of project deliverables and ensure objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Manage risks, issues, and other project controls as appropriate.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timescales, budgets, and targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record in project management, with experience in business case writing and financial tracking.
• Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement principles.
• Experience leading teams to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong ability to interpret complex information.
