Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and results driven Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist who is passionate about marketing, and technology. The ideal candidate will help drive our brand forward with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role is perfect for a highly motivated self-starter who thinks outside the box and is committed to customer excellence and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop exciting and engaging content to attract our audience and for business communications including written, video and photography content.
  • Content Calendar Management: Build and manage a content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties, including our website, blog, and social networking accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Website Chat Management: Manage and respond to chat requests on the website.
  • Social Media Engagement: React and respond to social media approaches, such as replying to LinkedIn posts and Facebook messages.
  • Lead Generation: Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Market Analysis: Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Attain key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of active campaigns.
  • Event Support: Take lead on organising and running public-facing events as well as Virtual Events.
  • Stay ahead: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve our digital marketing strategy

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) or minimum or 2 year experience.
  • Passion for Technology: An interest in how technology can streamline business operations is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, and lead generation from a previous role or hobby.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and Target-Driven: A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Creative Flair: Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Organisational Skills: Extremely organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously as an individual or as part of the wider team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital marketing tools and platforms, social media management tools, the website CMS such as Wordpress and be up for learning more about Marketing Automation tools.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent - 20 Hours Per week

Pay: £14,560-£20,800.00 per year depending on experience
