Our client is seeking a Property Lawyer to assist with the preparation of 50 reports on titles by the end of July. There is a strong likelihood for the post to be extended on a rolling contract basis to assist with site disposals over the next 3-5 years, if feasible.
Experience preparing reports on titles is essential, as the successful candidate will need to start immediately. Experience working for a local authority is desirable but not essential; private sector experience in the same area will also be considered.
This position requires full-time hours; condensed hours will be considered. Attendance at the office at least twice per week is expected.
Due to the urgent nature of this work, our client seeks to fill this locum Property Lawyer position as soon as possible, ideally with an immediate start or within a few weeks' notice.
