We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to handle a variety of cases including employment tribunal, compromise agreements, internal appeals, and appeals against employment tribunal decisions. The role also involves cases related to unfair/constructive dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination law, Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations, contracts of employment, reorganization, redundancy, conduct, and capability issues.
