Job summary

We are seeking an individual to join the Pharmacy-based Aseptic Services team. Our highly regarded Aseptic Production Unit (APU) at the Trust moved to a new site in 2023. The post holder will support the delivery of activities within the aseptic production service.

Main duties of the job

1. Assist and support the effective daily operations of the aseptic service, including:

• Parenteral Nutrition
• Chemotherapy
• Intravenous Additive Service

Carry out environmental procedures, including:

• Daily readings in setup and clean rooms
• Weekly settle plates and swabs
• Cleaning duties

Ensure documentation is completed, filed, and stored correctly.

Ensure aseptic processes comply with SOPs and GMP principles.
