? The Role

Synthesized is building the future of Testing Infrastructure — a new category that replaces fragile testing tools and manual workflows with scalable, intelligent systems built for continuous delivery.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead how we communicate, position, and drive adoption of our platform. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and storytelling, and wants to shape how the next generation of engineering teams test and ship software.

As our first dedicated PMM, you’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the Executive Team. You’ll own our messaging, deeply understand our technical audience, and bring to life the challenges our product solves — from test data friction to compliance risks to engineering velocity. This role is central to our growth and category design efforts, and a unique opportunity to help define how a high-potential company shows up in the market.

What you’ll be responsible for:

? Understand the buyer, customer, and user

  • Develop deep insight into our technical users (QA, platform, DevOps, data teams) and their priorities
  • Conduct win/loss, persona research, and competitive analysis to keep us sharp and relevant
  • Represent the customer in product, positioning, and strategic GTM discussions
  • Own competitive intelligence programs and help synthesize market insights into positioning and strategy.

? Own our story in the market

  • Craft and maintain compelling messaging and positioning frameworks tied to use cases, pain points, and jobs to be done
  • Partner with Product and Design to bring new features to life with clear, differentiated narratives
  • Translate complex functionality into crisp value propositions for enterprise buyers and technical teams
  • Lead end-to-end product launches — from positioning and packaging to internal enablement and external rollout.
  • Own and produce content across the buyer journey: product pages, solution briefs, battlecards, demos, sales enablement
  • Collaborate with our GTM team on pitch materials, partnership collateral, and product launches
  • Contribute thought leadership, webinars, and events that reinforce our POV in the market

The Things We Can't Do Without

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with direct ownership of product marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive positioning, messaging, and GTM for technical or infrastructure products.
  • Strong experience in deep tech: developer tools, data infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — tailored to technical and commercial audiences.
  • Natural collaborator with high EQ, comfortable working with execs and ICs alike
  • Strategic thinker who pairs insight with execution.
