About the role

To reach our ambition of being the nation’s favourite fried chicken brand, we know we have to invest in the experience of our people, ensuring we have heart-led and high performing teams who are fuelled by talent and drive our culture; the People Experience team are therefore critical to the success of this.

The role is pivotal in being responsible for supporting our learning team to deliver learning initiatives to grow our high performing teams.

What will you spend your time doing?

  • LMS Management: Create and maintain a content library to ensure the LMS is used effectively, remains relevant, up-to-date, and user-friendly for our teams.
  • Content Creation: Utilise authoring tools to make amendments to existing content.
  • First Line Queries: Manage the Learning Experience inbox, respond to queries, support with access and technical issues (e.g. completions, platform errors), escalate issues when needed, and direct queries to the right teams or resources.
  • Content Updates: Collaborate closely with Learning Specialist and Learning Capability Lead to update content identified as out-of-date.
  • Reporting: Assist stakeholders access and interpret learning compliance reports, ensure data accuracy and clarity, providing insights to support decision making.
  • Administration: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as publishing articles and content.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role within Learning and Development.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with e-learning best practices.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
