Do you want to work in a dynamic team where you’ll ensure the smooth, coordinated running of the Medicines Business Management Unit?

We are hiring two permanent Coordinators to support specific activities within the Medicines Evaluation programme:

  • Data and Systems Coordinator: Responsible for maintaining work activities related to transformation projects, reporting on business targets and KPIs, and supporting planning and operational procedures.
  • Charging Coordinator: Responsible for supporting the cost recovery functions, developing systems and databases, maintaining records, and supporting finance activities such as recruitment and learning and development.

Please note, this is a combined advert for two roles. The highest scoring applicant in assessment will be offered the first right of refusal for available positions.

To succeed, you will need to be highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Interviews are anticipated to be held on 9th and 10th June.

The Medicines Evaluation programme advises the NHS and patients on the clinical and cost effectiveness of technologies, influencing clinical practice and patient access within the NHS Constitution. Our recommendations are valued for their impact and are based on rigorous assessments.

The Business Management Unit provides essential support including data management, finance, communications, recruitment, and transformation initiatives.
